**Job Summary**
Hanon Systems is seeking a highly skilled Launch Engineer to join our team. As a Launch Engineer, you will be responsible for introducing new programs and participating in meetings from design stages to job 1 or SOP program.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Meet Launch department KPI's as Scrap, FTT and OEE.
- Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability of the product.
- Meet customer MRD events.
- Participate in high-level management timing revisions.
- Maintain good relations and communication with all levels of stakeholders.
**Requirements**
- 2 years of experience in similar positions such as NPI, Manufacturing or Process Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of core tools such as APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, Poka Yokes, and MSA.
- Knowledge of RFQ and PO process.
- Knowledge of customer requirements.
- Autocad skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of program budget.
**Ideal Candidate**
- Self-oriented, motivated, and high sense of ownership.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good organization skills.
- Industrial, Mechanical, or similar Engineering background.
- 70% minimum English oral and written proficiency.
