**Objetivos de Ventas**

El objetivo principal de este puesto es contribuir al crecimiento del segmento de individuales y paquetes, mayoreo nacional e internacional, incluidas OTAS, para el cumplimiento de los objetivos y metas establecidas en el presupuesto.

**Responsabilidades**

  • Planear, coordinar y atender viajes de promoción, ferias y capacitaciones previamente autorizados y asignados por Dirección de Ventas.
  • Fortalecer relaciones de negocios con cuentas clave dando seguimiento puntual a los planes comerciales confirmados y pagos de los mismos en la parte proporcional correspondiente al hotel por parte del Corporativo Playa en conjunto con los BDM en México.
  • Revisar y elaborar en conjunto con la agencia de publicidad el material promocional, así como las presentaciones de T&T para autorización de la Dirección de Ventas.
  • Control de los grupos de Call center con la actualización en Delphi de los Grupos Sociales y constante comunicación con el equipo de Celebrations, Contraloría y Reservaciones para llevar la información en una misma línea, además de la atención de los requerimientos especiales de los grupos antes y durante su estadía en el hotel.
  • Elaboración de reportes de competencia y de actividades del mes, así como el monitoreo de la producción de las cuentas clave.
  • Atención a las peticiones especiales de las reservaciones de los Tour Operadores, OTAS, Agentes de Viajes y BDM'S en coordinación con Recepción y Concierge y seguimiento a los programas de Fidelización de los diversos TTOO y el programa Agent Cash.
  • Actualización de las bases de datos de los Tour Operadores Nacionales y Agentes de Viajes a Nível Nacional para envío de masivos de promociones.
  • Planeación, Coordinación y atención de Fam Trips y visitas de inspección en la propiedad por parte de TTOO, BDMS, Agentes de Viajes y Oficina de Turismo del Destino.
