As a Customer Quality Engineer, you will be empowered to succeed, working in an international and growing environment. You will report directly to the Quality Customer Service Coordinator.
**Your Key Responsibilities will be**:
Handling customer complaints and guarantees.
- Coordinate the team to respond to customers.
- Keep customer portals updated. - Present customer actions and status on a regular basis.
- Ensure the correct generation and use of poka yokes.
- Manage core tools.
- Track returned parts and guarantees.
- Knowledge of PPMS and IPPMs.
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or any related field.
- 2 years of experience in the position of customer quality engineer in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge in electronic assembly.
- Knowledge of automotive customer portals.
- Experience with T1 clients
- 2 years desirable.
- English proficient.
- Knowledge in IPC 610.
