We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) Leader to join our team at Micron Technology in Mexico. As the IAM Operations Manager, you will lead and manage the IAM operations team, ensuring efficient and effective identity and access management services.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the IAM operations team
  • Collaborate with the IAM team in India
  • Develop and implement IAM policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Lead the administration of IAM systems
  • Administer and oversee authentication mechanisms
  • Monitor and respond to IAM-related incidents and requests

Our ideal candidate has a solid understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices, as well as experience with IAM tools, platforms, and integrations such as SailPoint. They should have a good understanding of systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, and other directory services. Additionally, they must possess excellent prioritization capabilities, leadership, mentorship, motivational, and team management skills. Comfortable interacting and connecting with technical, non-technical, and leadership teams is a must.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the IAM operations team, ensuring efficient and effective identity and access management services. This includes collaborating with the IAM team in India, developing and implementing IAM policies, procedures, and best practices, leading the administration of IAM systems, administering and overseeing authentication mechanisms, monitoring and responding to IAM-related incidents and requests, and conducting regular audits and assessments.

Micron Technology offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
