Customer Experience Specialist
We strive to deliver exceptional customer experiences by fostering positive interactions, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries via live chat and resolving issues to their satisfaction.
- Promote digital adoption by training customers on Maersk.com and the Maersk mobile app.
- Monitor service levels, identify areas for improvement, and advise management on potential service failures.
Technical Skills:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work with urgency.
- Organizational and time management skills.
