We're looking for a talented individual to join our Customer Support Team as a Support Specialist. This role involves providing first-class front-line support to our customers, working with product teams to ensure customer needs are met, and collaborating with international teams to tackle customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer experience, ensuring customers feel secure while using our features
  • Represent Revolut online at all times, maintaining a positive brand image
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
  • Prior customer support experience in travel, booking, or hospitality
  • Ability to explain complex issues in a clear and concise manner
  • Great numeracy, IT, and analytical skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail and empathy for customers
  • Self-motivation, flexibility, and a team player attitude
