Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Director to lead our luxury spa and wellness operations at Fairmont La Hacienda. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve guest satisfaction
  • Lead a team of spa professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high standards of quality and service
  • Manage spa operations, including scheduling, inventory, and budgeting
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop and implement marketing plans and promotions
  • Monitor competitor activity and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Conduct regular staff training and development programs to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market and spa operations
  • Fluent proficiency in both Spanish and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Highly organized and results-oriented with a passion for innovation and exceptional guest service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems and technology
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in spa management within a luxury hotel or resort
