Job Overview:

As a Marketing Coordinator at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, you will play a vital role in making meaningful moments for associates, customers, and potential owners. Your primary responsibilities will include performing general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, such as auditing, reporting, filing, and sending correspondence. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating databases, spreadsheets, and electronic filing systems related to Call Center activities.

This position requires strong computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple systems/applications to access and accurately input data into proper fields. You will work closely with the team to maintain high standards and provide exceptional service. A flexible schedule is necessary, and clear communication with coworkers and guests is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Physical Abilities: Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Work Schedules: Maintain availability to work a fluctuating schedule, based on business needs, which may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Education, Certification, or Licenses Preferred: High School Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent Needed. Reservations, Sales and/or Customer Service-related work experience is preferred but not required.

  • Assists Management: Assist management in preparing the payroll of hourly associates.

  • Working With Others: Support all coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect.
  • Sales: Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing.
  • Policies and Procedures: Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
