About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting recruiting operations, including sourcing initiatives and Process Improvement projects within the Acquisition Center. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in talent pipeline development, data management, and communication.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate references and background checks.
  • Create and update recruiting reports and dashboards.
  • Offer administrative assistance to recruiters during the hiring process.
  • Proactively identify top talent for current and future vacancies.
  • Aid in internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Manage candidate databases and build talent pipelines.
  • Post job openings and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers.
  • Apply psychometric tests when necessary.

Requirements

Technical Competencies:

  • Efficiently manage background check documents and reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with psychometric assessment tools.

Personal Qualities:

  • Results-focused approach.
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Interpersonal and analytical skills.

Education and Work History:

  • At least 6 months of experience in recruiting operations or relevant fields.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
