About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our Backend Java Software Development Engineer team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the delivery and ongoing support of projects from end to end. This role has been categorized as a teleworker position, allowing you to work from a physical location of your choice.
Responsibilities- Lead the delivery and ongoing support of projects from end to end
- Develop and maintain high-quality Java code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- 5+ years of software development experience, specializing in Java for backend services
- Proven track record of leading technical projects and teams
- Expertise in various persistence strategies, including relational and non-relational databases
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Authorized to work in Mexico
