As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing financial support and analysis to the global/regional operations and plant management teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of operational financial analysts/plant controllers
  • Consolidate and analyze actual results/forecasts/budgets
  • Conduct monthly plant reviews
  • Drive freight/inventory reductions
  • Support capital investments
  • Coordinate with the regional/global BU supply chain team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance (master's degree preferred)
  • +5 years of experience in operations finance and accounting within a manufacturing plant
  • Progressive experience in finance
  • Cost accounting experience preferred
  • Very strong SAP manufacturing experience in a large mfg. site
  • Fluent in English (verbally and in writing) German is a plus
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Hyperion: tableau/TED are a plus
