Job Overview

We are seeking a Sr Procurement Accounting Analyst Lead to join our team at SGS. This role will focus on standardizing and improving the Procure to Pay process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the Procure to Pay Accounting team, with a focus on standardization and effective reporting.
  • Invoice processing, including reviewing and approving invoices for payment.
  • Collaborate with affiliates to ensure policies and procedures are up-to-date and processes are adjusted accordingly.
  • Lead continuous process improvements, automation of manual tasks, and enhancements to applications to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for cost reduction and sustainability.
  • Work within existing governance processes to minimize variation and ensure compliance.
  • Support the Internal Control System by designing and implementing internal controls within the P2P process and sub-processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience in AP/GL accounting or finance.
  • Graduate level studies in Finance or Accounting.
  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles and analytical skills, with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
  • Interest in business process standardization and improvement initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
  • Fluent English language skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary of $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
