About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Blue Yonder. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting our digital transformation by providing expertise in the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Workday HR system enhancement requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure Workday HR system enhancements to meet business requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for HR system configurations and enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize HR system enhancement requests
- Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced team members
- Participate in HR system project planning and execution to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in an Administrative or Analyst type role working with the Workday HCM platform
- Minimum 5+ years of working with HCM applications preferred
- Experience with multiple areas within the Workday HCM Platform, including Onboarding, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent, Compensation, Time Off and Leave, and Reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to absorb new technologies and features quickly
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong team player who can work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
