**About the Role**

The Customer Service Operations Specialist will be responsible for handling transactional level work on accounts to support the AM Team outside of normal business hours at ProTrans International. This specialist will collaborate closely with internal operational support teams and SCM/AM teams to facilitate communication and address customer requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

- The specialist will have a deep understanding of logistics planning functions in the TMS to assist SCM/AM teams in after-hours performance for their customers.
- Coordinate adjustments to the plan to ensure seamless execution.
- Communicate customer adjustments internally within the company.
- Responsible for entering bid requests as necessary to accommodate the plan and adjustments.
- Ensure unplanned requests are handled efficiently for the customer.
- Arrange support for expedite shipment needs of the customer.
- Monitor Network Performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Escalate service level issues to Operations Staff when necessary.
- Provide customer maintenance and serve as a single point of contact.
- Drive Supplier and Service Provider compliance by facilitating communication.
- Collaborate with After Hours operations and customer service to handle complaints and ensure support plans are in place.

**Requirements**

To excel in this role, an individual must possess excellent communication skills, preferably in Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will be able to utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and web-based Business Intelligence tools to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement. Additionally, the specialist should be self-motivated, flexible with their schedule, and willing to take calls during off-hours or weekends to assist with customer issues.

**Benefits**

This role offers a competitive salary between $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic industry.
