Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Digital Transformation Specialist to become a key member of our team. As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for helping our clients achieve their digital goals through effective community management and social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage client social media accounts through Sprinklr
- Support monthly editorial content planning and post scheduling
- Engage with audience on social media platforms, assessing inbound messages and user profiles, and drafting responses with the support of a pre-approved response book or other sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including agency colleagues and client department teams, on response approvals and playbook updates
- Prepare monthly data analysis reports on content and engagement performance
Requirements
- 2 years of experience working as a community manager or social media manager
- Fluent or C2 level in English and Latin American based Spanish
- Experience in external communications and/or copywriting
- Great knowledge of the inner workings of social media platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly identify, define, and articulate problems and develop creative solutions
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to explain complex processes to unfamiliar audiences
- Ability to think fast, work proactively, and remain diligent in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, including experience translating technical concepts and decisions to non-technical staff
- A strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities for multiple stakeholders
