  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns to generate new business leads and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders to align marketing plans with business goals and sales journey
  • Regularly reporting on the health of the business and participating in business review and sales meetings
  • Collaborating creatively with marketing shared services, centers of excellence (COEs), and sales teams to develop strategies and tactics that create and nurture pipeline for specific accounts and broader audiences
  • Analyzing data to enhance marketing campaign performance
  • Working with external vendors such as translation agencies, printers, and event organizers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 4 years of experience in field-marketing or related marketing scope
  • Understanding of marketing planning, development, analysis, and management
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with basic Portuguese being a plus
  • Knowledge of product marketing and project management methods and techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
