- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or Master's degree or PhD in a related field with 3 years of experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
