Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Logistics Manager to join our team in Monterrey, Mexico. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in developing state-of-the-art processes end-to-end for Logistics functions in NAM, working to manage the external warehouse platform for upstream and downstream optimization for the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Logistics Operations
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive logistics operation to set up our different integrated logistics centers across NAM aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Identify Areas for Improvement
    • Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and establish clear objectives for operational efficiency enhancements.
  • Partner Selection and Performance Management
    • Define the selection criteria to validate the best external partner to operate our Integrated Logistics Center, define and implement the performance criteria, and ensure a structure and formal governance process is in place that secures excellence and continuous improvement in our operations.

Optimize and Deliver

  • Oversee Warehouse Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our integrated logistics centers and 3PL partner platform ensuring high performance.
  • Drive Operational Efficiency
    • Drive operational efficiency by analyzing processes, implementing improvements, and maximizing resource utilization.
  • Inventory Control and Capacity Planning
    • Implement strategies for optimized inventory control.
    • Lead capacity planning to ensure the warehouse can meet evolving demands while meeting quality and timely delivery standards.

Qualifications
