Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Logistics Manager to join our team in Monterrey, Mexico. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in developing state-of-the-art processes end-to-end for Logistics functions in NAM, working to manage the external warehouse platform for upstream and downstream optimization for the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Logistics Operations
- Develop and implement a comprehensive logistics operation to set up our different integrated logistics centers across NAM aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Identify Areas for Improvement
- Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and establish clear objectives for operational efficiency enhancements.
- Partner Selection and Performance Management
- Define the selection criteria to validate the best external partner to operate our Integrated Logistics Center, define and implement the performance criteria, and ensure a structure and formal governance process is in place that secures excellence and continuous improvement in our operations.
Optimize and Deliver
- Oversee Warehouse Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our integrated logistics centers and 3PL partner platform ensuring high performance.
- Drive Operational Efficiency
- Drive operational efficiency by analyzing processes, implementing improvements, and maximizing resource utilization.
- Inventory Control and Capacity Planning
- Implement strategies for optimized inventory control.
- Lead capacity planning to ensure the warehouse can meet evolving demands while meeting quality and timely delivery standards.
