Global Recruitment Manager

Job Summary: The International Recruiter is responsible for representing Carolina University globally to attract and enroll top international students.
About the Role: This key position involves strategic planning, travel, and active engagement with prospective students and partners to promote the university's programs and increase international enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract international students.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with international education consultants, high schools, and partner universities.
- Admissions Coordination: Collaborate with the admissions department to ensure a smooth student enrollment process.
- Marketing and Promotion: Work with the marketing department to create promotional materials and digital content targeted at international audiences.
- Market Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and adjust plans accordingly.
- Reporting and Compliance: Prepare reports on recruitment activities, budget expenditures, and the enrollment outcomes of international recruitment efforts, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Relations, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in international recruitment, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and preferably one other language.
- Ability to travel extensively.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Commission Plan: Monthly base salary + commission.
