Global Patient Recruitment Campaign Strategist

The role:
We seek an experienced Senior Patient Recruitment Lead to develop and execute effective Patient Recruitment and Retention strategies tailored to specific study needs and aligned with Sponsor requirements.
This key position will oversee large, global campaigns involving multiple tactics working in parallel and dynamically manage campaign performance based on enrollment metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global clinical study/program-specific media campaigns as a digital campaign expert in the clinical trials space.
- Design study-specific campaign funnels, KPIs, and analytics plans.
- Analyze campaign performance critically and adjust outreach strategy dynamically to optimise return on investment.
- Oversee campaign execution performed by digital team members.
- Ensure alignment with overall study recruitment plan through close collaboration with patient recruitment ops team.
- Establish relationships with patient advocacy groups in target therapeutic areas and secure outreach opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and changing regional/country-level media channels.
- Identify patient value propositions and create targeted digital outreach campaigns to ensure patient action.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in digital campaign development and management.
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in clinical trials and drug development.
- Strong presenting and sales skills.
- Proven global experience, including EU, Eastern Europe, Latin America, and AsiaPac (preferred).
- Diverse therapeutic area knowledge (preferred).
