Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Master Scheduler to join our team at Yanfeng. As a key member of our production planning department, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the production planning process to ensure efficient and effective production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and production schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Analyze production data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels and control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Travel to customer sites and manufacturing plants to provide on-site support and coordination.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in materials planning, production scheduling, or inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants.
