Role Overview

We are seeking an SAP Sales Specialist who will be responsible for managing configuration changes and enhancements within SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement solutions for clients based on agreed functional designs.
  • Develop detailed functional designs for enterprise solutions.
  • Provide planning and design support for solution architectures in a multi-system environment.
  • Oversee Hybris configuration and support.
  • Conduct functional architecture analysis and research for new functionalities and integrations.
  • Collaborate with key users and business partners to identify and validate requirements.
  • Analyze and develop functional specifications for technical developers.
  • Monitor project status and present updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and prepare mitigation plans.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and documentation of processes.
  • Demonstrate experience with SD Configuration on SAP ECC systems.
  • Possess knowledge of SAP Hybris and relevant integrations.
  • Have familiarity with the SAP CS module.
  • Understand SD integration with other functional modules.
  • Experience with EDI and IDOCs.
  • Guide teams on data migration within the SD area.
  • Prepare data migration templates for SD and Logistics Execution.
  • Conduct data extraction, cleansing, and uploading.
  • Knowledge of implementation project life cycles, including blueprinting and go-live support.
  • Proficient in using project management tools such as JIRA.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution with SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementations.
  • Experience with large-scale global ERP implementations.
  • Strong communication skills in English (C1/C2 level required).
  • Resume/CV must be submitted in English.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%.
