About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our Analytics & Business Intelligence team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-impact projects that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting and analytical requirements, and develop technical requirement documentation.
  • Lead the development of reports and dashboards that optimize cost within our material network.
  • Participate in workshops and meetings to gather requirements and make recommendations around reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Provide daily support to end-users to access data and effectively utilize the data platform.
  • Prioritize work with the team in an agile methodology to deliver projects on time.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our materials processes, data sets, and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create information-dense, easy-to-visualize reports and dashboards.
  • Technical skills in computer programs to mine data sources and look for trends, with a willingness to acquire new technologies knowledge.
  • Experience with SAP and the MS Power Platform suite is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate findings and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize and focus on higher-value tasks.
  • Self-driven, organized, and teamwork-oriented individual.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management.
  • 2-4 years of experience in materials process, design, and development of reporting and business intelligence solutions.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish, both oral and written.
  • SAP knowledge and Supply Chain experience is a must.
