Your Role: As a Guest Environment Expert, you'll be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public spaces
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, responding to requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • No prior housekeeping experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
