Join Our Team as a Housekeeping Ambassador

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team at the JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa.

About the Role:

As a Housekeeping Ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. This includes making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Restock amenities, such as towels, toiletries, and trash bags.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.

The Ideal Candidate:

You have a strong work ethic and attention to detail. You are able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods. You are also fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.
