About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Product Director to lead our Payment experience product portfolio strategies, driving innovation and growth in the Fintech industry.

As a key member of our Product Organization, you will be responsible for defining internal and external requirements, influencing stakeholders, and driving the Company's Product strategy.

With a proven track record of launching commercially successful products, you will be able to demonstrate an ability to influence broadly across an organization and form strong relationships with the technology team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Payment experience product portfolio strategies, with clear definition of goals and investment requirements.
  • Build the best payment experience, lead the vertical integration, drive efficiencies, NPS, and retention initiatives.
  • Foster teams, drive innovation, scale experimentation, and deliver impact.
  • Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers, designers, data scientists & analysts.
  • Build, manage, and develop a team of talented product managers and leaders.
  • Integrate data, usability studies, and market research into the product lifecycle to deliver the value our customers deserve.
  • Drive business results through partnerships and collaboration - internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in product management.
  • Proven record of innovation and growth.
  • Obsessed with data, metrics, and experimentation across the user's journey.
  • High business acumen and expertise in critical thinking.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-demanding entrepreneurial environment.
  • Bachelors/Masters in computer science and/or management, or related field/experience.
  • A great communicator who speaks their mind, brings diverse thinking, and loves getting challenged.
  • 15+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, data, design, and research teams.
  • 10+ years of experience in FinTech/PayTech/PayFac/RegTech (experience of Mexico's payment landscape would be an advantage).
  • Experience managing payment experience through hardware terminals and devices would be preferred.
  • Prior experience of hands-on software development would be preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in hiring, managing, and developing product leaders.
