About the Role:


We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Senior Regional Commercial Director to lead our LATAM markets into their next era of growth. Reporting into the Regional President, you will be responsible for defining the strategy to continue the development of the Dyson brand across the markets, sustainably increasing market share and leveraging the full potential across our product categories across all channels.


You will ensure the right people and capabilities are in place, and our team is motivated, engaged, and delivering against business plans. Key accountabilities include delivering market sales and profit targets, growing our indirect business in the market with a large focus on new product developments, and taking the fight for product leadership to competitors and exploiting fully our technological advantages.


As a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader, you will be responsible for establishing strongest possible commercial relationships with key customers, acting as a country SME and leader while partnering with Regional Vice Presidents, and providing strong LATAM leadership capability to maximize the team's potential.


You will be an experienced Director, preferably with clear LATAM commercial and international experience, a proven track record of results across minimum two senior rotations, and a high level of financial acumen, including the understanding of local regulations.


We are looking for someone with strong negotiation and influencing skills, high-level communication and business presenting skills, and ambition to grow the business and own their career. Collaboration with onsite and remote teams is also essential.
