This Analyst will support research, analysis, and project management as part of a fast-paced and results-oriented team, working across both active search assignments and business development activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the search strategy by producing industry and/or functional analysis and reports, as well as talent pool mappings for active search assignments, internal meetings, and new business initiatives.

- Advanced research, analysis, and synthesis skills.
