At Givex, we're looking for a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Client Services team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through various channels, including telephone, ticket support, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls, tickets, and live chats from our clients
Provide timely problem resolution and coordinate follow-up action steps
Troubleshoot technical issues related to B2C and B2B support areas
Conduct daily system testing and monitor end-user tools and Givex databases
Document and provide knowledge transfer
Requirements:
Call center experience and proven technical support experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
Strong communication and writing skills
Passion for technical support work
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Basic knowledge of networking and MS Office products
Multilingualism is an asset
