About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Analyst for Brazil to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the external recruitment process for our Brazil office.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure timely hiring of top talent.
- Facilitating Hiring Manager Intake Meetings to align on process, SLAs, and profile requirements.
- Posting job openings through HBS and maintaining effective communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Screening, assessing, and interviewing candidates using behavioral-based methodologies to present a diverse slate of qualified candidates.
- Collecting interview feedback and facilitating consensus discussions.
- Preparing and sending Offer Letter Detailed Forms (OLDF) and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Extending verbal offers and negotiating terms if needed.
- Communicating feedback to non-selected candidates.
- Ensuring service delivery and meeting KPIs like Time to Accept (TTA), Time-to-Find/Hire, and Hiring Manager Satisfaction scores (HMSS).
You will work closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and MBS/HBS teams to ensure efficient processes and high-quality results. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Basic/intermediate English language proficiency.
- Advanced Portuguese language proficiency.
- Experience working in talent acquisition, talent sourcer, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn recruiter and CRMs.
- Proficiency in using PowerPoint and Excel.
