About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team at Chubb. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end digital operating models that drive business process improvements and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for process rationalization, reengineering, and organizational alignment.
  • Digital Operating Model Design: Design and implement digital operating models that facilitate decomposition, grouping, representation, and analysis of business activities/processes across the firm's value chain.
  • Process Mapping and Improvement: Map current state processes and identify opportunities for improvement, working closely with domain leads and multidisciplinary digital product owners to develop and implement targeted solutions.
  • Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving: Perform root cause analysis using appropriate tools and techniques to identify and address business process issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Agile Methodologies and Collaboration: Partner with Business Intelligence/Analytics and Customer/User Experience Analytics teams to define and measure metrics/KPIs, and support the development of roadmaps that reflect customer/employee needs/gaps.
Requirements
  • Education: Background in business, operations, process engineering, or business analysis, or a Master's/Bachelor's degree in management, finance, or business.
  • Advanced English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
