**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to support the attainment of annual volume and revenue targets of the assessment targets by implementing a close commercial & strategic relationship with the exam centres.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing a detailed business plan with the market's key exam centres. You will work hand in hand with the Sales Director to define FY commercial and business development strategies. You will collaborate with our MKT team and the centres' mkt teams to develop yearly campaigns.

**Key Accountabilities**

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the territory, including institutions, government, and exam centres.

• Ensure the completion of commercial and administrative tasks needed to support the implementation of the sales plan.

• Provide local market intelligence reports and develop proposals to support business growth.

• Support the sales team with training, detection of business opportunities, and closing high-value opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and decision-making.
