  • A seasoned professional skilled in cold calling, identifying potential clients, and generating leads. Proven ability to secure new business through established customer relationships.
  • Background in Ocean Freight/NVOCC sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, along with patience and exceptional customer service abilities.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities: Additional tasks may be assigned.

  • Maintain and expand customer relationships.
  • Develop new business opportunities within the region.
  • Identify and engage new customers while nurturing existing ones.
  • Negotiate logistics solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Strategically manage your portfolio of accounts.
  • Establish rapport and trust with clients to stay informed about market trends.
  • Utilize networks and diverse sales channels to collaborate with clients, implement marketing strategies, and provide a full spectrum of logistics services to meet customer demands.
  • Assess the nature and scale of customer requirements.
  • Conduct customer visits (both internal and external).

Work Schedule

9:00 am – 6:00 pm CST
