The Opportunity
Are you prepared to elevate your analytical expertise? Join us as a Senior Analyst, where you will be instrumental in managing SPA box tickets and addressing time-card and compensation discrepancies for our dynamic Field Sales team. In this capacity, you will ensure our team members receive accurate compensation while collaborating across departments to implement swift and effective resolutions.

Collaborative Engagement: Work with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring seamless operations across platforms like Sales-force and SAP. Innovative Responsibilities: Manage diverse tasks including validating zones, extracting employee lists, and overseeing data access, all while utilizing tools like Power BI for insightful analytics.Your Contribution
As our Senior Analyst, you will:
Enhance Efficiency: Manage and resolve SPA box tickets promptly, ensuring issues impacting employee compensation (approximately 5 per week) are swiftly addressed. Troubleshoot Effectively: Collaborate with various teams to resolve HST (Hourly Sales Time-card) issues, implementing quick solutions. Ensure Data Integrity: Validate zones and customer data in HST every Monday, extract active employee lists on Wednesdays, and upload new access files into the HST table every Friday. Optimize Systems: Address and resolve synchronization challenges between Sales-force and SAP, tackling access and UI issues. Manage Adjustments: Oversee the time-card adjustment process and handle all related SPA box tickets (around 30 per week). Enhance Reporting: Conduct reviews and approvals for Power BI Time-card Reporting, collaborating with internal teams to ensure data accuracy. Streamline Contracting: Manage issues related to contracting SPA box tickets (approximately 10 per week), ensuring a smooth contracting process. QualificationsWho We're Seeking
Fluent Communicator: Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to articulate and resolve complex issues clearly. Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in computer applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with Sales-force, SAP, Power BI, and Nintex. Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple responsibilities with precision and a focus on accuracy. Responsive & Adaptable: Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, able to juggle several tasks simultaneously.
