Main Responsibilities
- Serves as functional product expert.
- Serves as expert on how the product is used by the customer.
- Reviews enhancement requests for duplication and alignment with product strategy.
- Delivers product kit configurations and supporting artifacts.
- Provides usability requirements to product engineering.
- Ensures product functionality deliverables meet product requirements & specifications.
- Provides product training including functional, installation, and support training to sales, service, and support teams.
- Provides technical sales support.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3 years of field support in mining technology.
- Strong accountability in planning/organization, and teamwork.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel to remote mining locations and participate in activities located in mining environments.
- Ability to work independently and be fully accountable.
