Job Overview
The LEGO Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Student Worker to join our NPI Projects department. As a Student Worker, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project engineering facilities, supplier management, and installation coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project activities in the area of project engineering facilities.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor and follow up on project installations and machine/equipment start-ups.
- Communicate with rigging services suppliers, installation services, and layout rearrangement teams.
- Attend meetings with department participants to investigate problems and take minutes to track activities.
- Generate permissions for suppliers to enter the company.
Requirements
- Active student from 6th semester and above in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar bachelor's degree.
- Availability to remain in the position for 12 months.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, dynamic, disciplined, and sense of urgency.
- English language proficiency (desirable).
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
