Key Responsibilities:

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our Mexico Commercial Compressors team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a leader of leaders in a manufacturing environment or transferable skills from related roles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Solid experience with factories ramp-ups, benchmarking with the local market.
- Insights into and connections within the local manufacturing market in Monterrey.
- Leadership skills to drive change and organizational development.

Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this role is between $120,000 - $180,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
