Job Title: Office Admin
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Department: Admin
The Office Admin role involves providing administrative support in areas of operations and sales. Key responsibilities include performing administrative tasks, maintaining office common areas, and ensuring all expense reimbursement requests follow company policy.
Key Functions:
Administrative Duties:
General Office:
Help optimize and maintain office common areas, perform general office manager duties, and monitor office supply and snack levels.
Scheduling Support:
Assist the leadership team with daily management, scheduling, and coordination of their calendars.
Sales & Networking Support:
Assist CEO with daily management, schedule, and coordination of his calendar, and assist in general sales and networking process.
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:
Outgoing and friendly communication skills, ability to multi-task, and strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Requirements:
BA/BS, not required but preferred, 3+ years of customer service experience, and experienced with full Microsoft Suite.
