About the Opportunity

We're seeking a Change Management Specialist to join our team in Monterrey, Mexico. This role requires close collaboration with project teams and key stakeholders to develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
  • Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and change readiness assessments.
  • Identify and manage potential risks and issues related to change initiatives.
  • Develop communication plans and materials to support change initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and support to project teams and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of change management activities with project objectives.

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:

  • Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English Language Proficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project management experience is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Mexico National.
