- Plan and direct research to recommend improvements or expansions of operations
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal governmental regulations
- Coordinate key activities of the Business Unit, including manufacturing, planning, quality, supply chain, and EHS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred
- 10+ years of related experience, including proven leadership, business development skills, and track record of growth and success
- Experience in a complex, highly-engineered environment
- Verbal and written proficiency in Spanish and English
