Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will promote and create makeup magic in store, representing the Charlotte Tilbury ethos, products, and image. As part of an elite team, you will drive business in store through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service, reflecting the brand values and customer base while achieving sales targets by creating an amazing experience and delivering exemplary service.

Main Duties:
  • Sales:
    • Achieve event sales goals and sales per hour target.
    • Create brand awareness by sharing and demonstrating product knowledge.
    • Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.
  • Customer Service:
    • Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service.
  • Team Work:
    • Show a positive and cooperative approach towards work and colleagues.
    • Assist in maintaining an atmosphere of open communication, professionalism, and creativity.
  • Operations:
    • Maintain a clean and organized counter area from open to close.
    • Clean display units, tools, and testers throughout the day.
    • Assist with inventory management, including stock counts, rotation, and timely replenishment.
    • Help with visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement.
    • Participate in events and maintain consistent communication with the Brand field team.
    • Manage schedule, clock in/out, and submit time sheets on payroll application (Allwork).
