Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring product and process quality, designing test methods, and establishing standards for manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure product and process quality by designing test methods and testing the capabilities of the process and finished product.
- Establish standards and confirm manufacturing processes.
- Ensure production KPIs are met and communicated at different levels, establishing improvement actions where necessary.
- Responsible for the execution of new product introductions and product transfers.
- Effectively and efficiently manage the production of daily, weekly, and monthly objectives required according to client specifications.
- Direct the manufacturing function within gross margin, quality, and production targets to meet profitability, customer requirements, and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement within the organization, implementing continuous improvement based on lean manufacturing principles.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business with more than 5 years of experience leading management in manufacturing.
- Fluent communication in English.
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering, and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Capacity and experience in metrics management.
