We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Automation Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic facilities road-map and annual operating plan to drive business growth and competitiveness.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define and meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability goals.
- Establish a strong governance framework to review and control operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and be accountable for building maintenance and facilities maintenance programs, including maintenance repairs and overall operations.
- Ensure adherence to business continuity plans, manufacturing standards, and government regulations.
- Provide leadership and coaching to facilities teams to implement IL6S methodology and deliver zero breakdowns through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry with experience in TPM, 5S, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, safety and GMP standards.
- Engineer with a strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.
