We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Associate Engineer to join our Electrification Distribution Solutions team in Apodaca. As a key member of our R&D team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic technology direction by contributing your own ideas for identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative technology, software, and solutions.

- Support the achievement of assigned targets (quality, time, scope, cost), and raise and address risks.
- Stay abreast of the state of the art and actively apply your knowledge to drive innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-mechanical, Mechatronics, or Robotics.
- 2 years of experience in 3D Mechanical design.
- Knowledge of electrical concepts, with experience in electrical LV products (MCC, Switchgear) preferred.
- Proficiency in 3D design software (Creo or Solidworks).
- Advanced English language skills.
- PLM experience and Creo or Solidworks sheet metal module & Windchill experience preferred.
