About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Director to join our team at inDrive. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute strategies that effectively communicate our company's message to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Promote Marketing Initiatives: Create and implement marketing strategies to achieve corporate business goals and objectives.
  • Tactical Marketing Planning: Collaborate with local marketing managers and the marketing director of the Latin America region to develop and execute tactical marketing plans within budget requirements.
  • Brand Management: Develop, manage, and produce materials to create a cohesive image and message for all communication channels throughout the entrusted region.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with local marketing managers, HQ team, and internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Project Management: Ensure that all development delivered is sufficient and produced according to approved timings.
  • Partnership Management: Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners as needed for joint marketing activities.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the success of various communication activities and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Industry Monitoring: Monitor, evaluate, and report on similar industry activities.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all products and services represented conform to company guidelines, brand positioning, and brand identity.
  • Document Support: Conduct all necessary document support with finance and legal departments with the help of the financial coordination manager.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in marketing, advertising, or economics.
  • Experience: 3 years of work experience in marketing communications or creative agencies as a senior manager.
  • Skills: Understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management, demonstrated proficiency in marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions, high-level project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills, ability to manage and coordinate the end-to-end development process while meeting deadlines and budget requirements, strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, well-defined sense of conflict resolution, and people management skills.
  • Language: English level – B2 or higher is required.
