About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Takeda, a leading global pharmaceutical company. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation within our healthcare initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and opportunities for digital solutions in the healthcare domain.
  • Lead workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities for digital solutions.
  • Interpret Takeda's SDLC and guide junior business analysts and stakeholders through the digital solution journey.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and outputs for Salesforce Health Cloud applications.
  • Ensure that analytical outputs adhere to established standards and are aligned with the needs of the healthcare industry.
  • Process and decompose internal business requirements into specifications and user stories, with a focus on patient-centric solutions.
  • Form the bridge between the business and team of testers and developers during successful patient solution development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, and training within the Salesforce Health Cloud environment.
  • Provide continuous updates to business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Delivery Manager during project delivery, and communicate changes, problems, and ambiguities in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or other relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a business analysis role, with a focus on consumer or patient-related health applications, preferably Salesforce Health Cloud and healthcare industry solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience within a Lean/Agile development environment.
  • Salesforce certification(s), preferably SFDC Health Cloud, or equivalent certifications demonstrating expertise in Salesforce platform.
  • Proven experience in leading workshops and collaborating with stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, can engage audiences at all levels within a global organization.
  • Technical background (in one of the following areas: Customer Relationship Management, Downstream, Integrations, Data management) is a huge advantage.
