Key Responsibilities
  • Design and refine marketing and sales assets, ensuring consistency with our brand standards.
  • Create engaging visual content for various platforms, including websites, marketing materials, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with our team to understand their vision and translate it into effective visual designs that support our brand positioning and business goals.
  • Present designs to internal teams and incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to our brand standards.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
  • Background in B2B sales and marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, G-suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
