**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Information Systems Analyst to join our team at Gates Corporation. As an HRIS Systems Analyst and Administrator, you will be responsible for the support, development, and maintenance of our Human Resource Management Systems, including Oracle HRMS, Oracle Advanced Benefits, Compensation Workbench, LMS, Time and Labor, and other accompanying software and modules.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide system administration support for the Performance Management system and SharePoint site.
  • Run reports using Discoverer.
  • Perform testing for Oracle upgrade and patches and coordinate testing with other departments.
  • Develop, document, implement, and maintain related policies and procedures designed to collect, record, and process employee information.
  • Participate in systems implementation, enhancements, and upgrades, including gathering business requirements, writing functional specifications, developing test plans, leading functional user testing, and assessing system readiness for deployment.
  • Maintain the Gates organizational structure and entry of master data at Headquarters, serving as a resource and SME for plant personnel, and conducting periodic audits of data to ensure accuracy.
  • Propose and/or participate in process improvements to advance and improve current HR systems processes, including documenting business requirements and testing solutions.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues identified by the team.
  • Develop and conduct training for users on various systems.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Oracle HR experience preferred.
