We are seeking an IT Systems Analyst to join our team at Gates Corporation. As an IT Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, providing technical support to end-users, and leading IT projects with limited risks and resource requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure end-users have access to the tools and systems provided by the company, ensuring data availability, reliability, and performance.
- Resolve and close end-user incidents and service requests, ensuring proper documentation and aligning to IT SLA's.
- Lead and execute technological changes required and promoted by the organization, ensuring adequate documentation.
- Work and collaborate in new IT projects aimed to optimize and improve end-user processes and daily operation activities.
- Align to corporate IT standards and strategies.
- Manage the life cycle of IT hardware and software.
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of IT work experience, supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or another related field.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, and ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical language with all levels of staff and management.
- Ability to identify requirements/needs, assess solutions, and provide recommendations.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and influence others.
- Solid knowledge in Microsoft 365, Cisco platforms, Windows Servers, desktop environment, collaboration tools, and security tools.
- Highly passionate and self-motivated.
- Enthusiastic and dynamic with a positive service attitude.
- Willing to learn from others and share knowledge among the team.
- Teamwork.
- English Intermediate.
