Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and implement AS100 project and platform changes that affect the plant.
- Review and update the project calendar (MOAB) to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Update and follow up on eAPDS requirements, involving affected areas and ensuring compliance.
- Coordinate line design workshops and review existing designs in case of engineering changes.
- Coordinate and report capacity analysis for new quotes or adjustments to existing lines.
- Coordinate samples and prototype builds for pre-production events.
- Develop Master Timing for the project with the BU and regional team.
- Ensure that all tasks in APDS are completed on time from TG0 to TG4.
- 3-5 years of minimum experience in product, quality, and/or process engineering.
- BS in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronic).
- Proven experience in PLM, project management skills, hands-on approach to development, APQP, New model introduction, Resources management, Project financials.
- Preferred knowledge of Seatbelt processes in previous experience.
- Excellent communication skills, conversational and writing in English and Spanish.
- Strong negotiation skills, proactive, and leadership.
- Able to work in a cross-functional team to accomplish project targets.
- Customer and team-oriented. Analytical, adaptability, follow instructions and procedures.
- Availability to travel, Mexican Passport, and US visa.
